History Scotland winter talks programme revealed

History Scotland’s programme of online lectures for the winter months has been revealed, with topics ranging from Mary Queen of Scots and Elizabeth I of England, to the activities of the Sobieski Stuart brothers.

Editor Rachel Bellerby said: ‘From our very first online Zoom lecture last November, it was immediately apparent that there was a real appetite for expert history presentations delivered to a global audience. It has been a real pleasure to welcome to the digital stage such a range of accomplished historians, who have delivered their lectures in a really engaging manner. ‘We are pleased to present our latest programme and look forward to welcoming history fans from around the world to enjoy exploring a wide range of topics’.
