Fresh from his latest club set in Ibiza, former Scottish Labour leader Richard Leonard dropped his latest banger on the same day Truss quit. The two-minute track combined fresh beats with images of Labour hero Aneurin Bevin, with Leonard’s vocal declaring that “honest politics and Tory politics are a contradiction in terms”. It’s the second such track Leonard has posted on social media, and he certainly feels like it’s finding its audience. “Was it something I said?” he tweeted after the PM’S resignation.
