How to make picture magnets

1 Import the images into Picasa and then select ‘picture collage’ in the menu. Select a grid, choose white as the background colour and widen the grid lines.

2 Choose ‘custom aspect ratios’ from the menu bar and set measurements to 29 x 18.5cm. This will print 15 square images.

3 Cut out the images leaving a 2mm border around the top edges and a 1cm border along the bottom. Cut the magnetic sheet the same size as the images, stick to the back of each one and trim to fit.
