Patchy memories

-

Q My babies are growing up so fast and I would love to do something with their old clothes, which I just can’t let go of. Any suggestions?

JANE SAYS: I love the idea that a collection of old fabrics can be sewn A together to make something that tells a story, with each square representing a memory. A patchwork is a wonderful keepsake, and whether you make a cushion, throw, bedspread, wall hanging or even a curtain it is also a great way of adding colour and energy to a room.
