JUST LANDED!
Trained architect, Rekha Barry spent furlough exploring and bringing to life small-scale designs, which she’d previously only been able to put down on paper. These playful yet sturdy candle holders she came up with are made using Jesmonite, an ecoalternative to concrete produced in the UK. Mini sculptures in their own right, these candle holders make a unique and striking table or shelf accessory. Keep an eye out too, as more designs are landing soon! From £22, rekhamaker.com
COLOUR CRUSH
Fans of the Netflix show Bridgerton will appreciate our colour crush this month; Regency Blue. This shade sits on the edge between green and blue and its pastel hue is a perfect choice for the spring months. Pair it with copper accents for warmth, or if you’d like to bring out your inner Lady Whistledown, why not mix it in with citrus shades such as yellow and orange, or other classic Regency colours such as Wedgwood Blue and gold leaf.
WE ARE LOVING...
Stitch Sainte Luce is a women’s cooperative in Madagascar, which teaches embroidery as well as business skills to over 100 women, so they can produce and sell their own products to help build up a sustainable income. Using their own individual styles, the women’s prints are all beautifully unique. We particularly love their cushion covers, which would instantly brighten up a bed or sofa. £30, stitchsainteluce.com
