‘When the twins were six years old, they decided they wanted their own separate rooms. Alice wanted to keep her room quite simple, but Annabel wanted lots of colour and went for bright yellow walls and a turquoise mural behind the bed,’ explains Bo. The birds over the bed are an eBay buy while the bedside table was picked up at an antiques market. Both the girls’ beds are from MADE.com with striped IKEA bedding. ‘What I love about both of their rooms are the large windows. It’s flooded with natural light all day’, says Bo. ‘We’re not overlooked at the back of the house, and there are lots of mature trees, so our outlook is really green and private.’
