‘I love painting murals and owning my own home has allowed me to showcase my skills’

Alice zoned the dining area by painting a rainbow stripe mural on the wall around it. Shelves above provide a display space for colourful accessories, while vinyl parquet flooring has been laid throughout. ‘I wanted to keep the kitchen and dining area separate, which is why I planned the retro rainbow mural, in order to frame the dining space. It also ties in the colours of the kitchen as I added the same burnt orange and navy into the rainbow.’
