VERY MERRY VEGGIE TREATS

Its limited-edition recipes include the return of two favourites: the Very Merry Veggie Pie with root veggies, chestnuts and braised cabbage and the delicious Brie & Cranberry Veggie Rolls, which combine brie, mature cheddar and cranberries in all-butter puff pastry. New this year is Higgidy’s Cheeseboard & Fig Chutney Quiche with crumbly shortcrust pastry and a Brussel sprout and chestnut crumb. It really does taste like a slice of Christmas in every bite!
