Seed specialist Munchy Seeds has launched a new range of products. The Lightly Toasted range features four products: Sunflower seeds; Pumpkin seeds; 3 Seed Mix; and 7 Seed Mix. Boasting a lightly-toasted flavour the seeds can be used in cakes, bakes, soups, curries and stews, among other dishes. The seeds come in fully recyclable 500g pouches. Each pouch costs £5.99 (£6.99 for the pumpkin seeds) and they’re available from Sainsbury’s, Ocado and Holland & Barrett.
