roll the footstool to remove any fluff or hairs before spraying water all over the surface. This will allow the chalk paint to go on more easily. 2Next,

brush a thin layer of your chalk paint onto the footstool using a gentle swirling motion. Cover the top and sides, and then leave to dry completely somewhere warm. 3Once

dry, respray the footstool with more water, then apply a second thin layer of chalk paint. Allow to dry again, before repeating for a third time if needed. 4Once

your footstool is fully dry, lightly sand the fabric with fine sandpaper to smooth the surface. Wipe away any dust to finish.
