One of Elizabeth’s favourite items is the sofa. ‘I spotted my dream one in a magazine and fell in love with it,’ says Elizabeth. ‘It was way out of my price range, so I got a frame made for me. I ordered this fabric, Icelandic Poppies by GP and J Baker, and had it upholstered by a local company, Timeless Interiors. So, I ended up with the sofa I love, at a fraction of the price, and it also gave me the idea to work with local craftspeople to recreate items within my budget.’
