INTRODUCE GOLD FOR WARMTH

‘I’m drawn to gold and brass as they make a room feel warm and cosy. We’d been thinking about buying a drinks trolley for a while, but then Michael’s grandma gave us this vintage one. It’s lovely that we can keep it in the family and it was perfect for this corner. If something is the wrong colour – the HomeSense mirror above the fireplace, for example – I’ll just use gold Rub ‘n Buff to change it.’
