American vegan food producer Good Catch has created a range of plant-based fish products that are designed to be close to the real deal, not just in taste but texture too. “We’re seeing that people are more concerned about both the health and environmental impacts of their seafood consumption, as well as the well-being of the oceans and the species in it that call it home,” says Good Catch co-founder Chad Sarno.
