A BIT ABOUT ME

I’m Sam Gavrilovic, 50, and I work in retail customer service. I live with my husband, Mark Tucker, 50, and our kittens, Luna and Freya. You can see more of my home on Instagram @my.interior.tales.

WHERE I LIVE

Our home is a three-bedroom semidetached house, built around 2003, in Corsham, Wiltshire. We’ve lived here since January 2019.

WHAT I WANTED TO CHANGE

Although the house was perfectly liveable, it all looked dull and tired, and just needed a complete refresh. The kitchen was cut in two by a peninsular unit, and the bathrooms were worn and dated.

HOW I MADE IT MY OWN

Mark and I have redecorated every room, some more than oncefl We’ve changed all the floors, upgraded the kitchen and bathrooms, added storage, made furniture and filled the rooms with colour and things we love.

MY FAVOURITE PART

I love our bedroom for the space and the light. It’s very simple and I find it totally relaxing.
