Master bedroom

During initial refurbishments, the couple put down dark hardwood floors in the bedroom. While all of the walls throughout the house are either white or a variation, here they opted for a grey concrete finish, which adds tone and texture. The room is finished with a gallery display filled with personal photos, art prints and travel mementoes. Favourite pictures include art from Society6 and Rifle Paper Co. A colourful bed throw made of vintage saris, and cushions from Etsy complete the bohemian, romantic look.

Short on space, the couple have kept furniture pieces to a minimum. Small wall-mounted shelves from IKEA at either side of the bed are a good alternative to bedside tables, with enough room to place a drink and charge a phone

Floating shelves means Claire can easily change up her display of photos whenever she wants. The mirror is from TK Maxx

On top of the West Elm dresser, Claire keeps jewellery on display, next to freshly cut flowers
