Plant-based chef and writer Deliciously Ella became interested in food after a serious illness in 2011 when she looked at how a meat-free diet could improve her health. Four years later, her debut book Deliciously Ella rocketed to the top of the SundayTimes best-seller list. Her business now includes a restaurant, app and a huge social media following in the millions. Her recent collaboration with healthy recipe brand Mindful Chef has also seen her introduce a limited-edition range (see right).
