As a Worcester Bosch accredited installer, Ian Stewart, together with wife Joanna, was keen to incorporate the latest renewable technology that would work for his family in their four-bed, 306m2 self-build home in Kelso, Roxburghshire. Worcester Bosch recommended an 11kw Greenstore ground source heat pump and a Greenskies solar water heating system. “The combination of these two products satisfies all our heating and hot water requirements using the free energy available in the ground and from the sun, rather than any reliance on oil, which is great,” says Ian.
