Ge­orge Car­war­dine’s pro­to­type, later launched as the An­gle­poise Model 1208.

1935

The Model 1227 is born – the ar­che­typal An­gle­poise, still pro­duced to this day.

1968

The Model 75 is in­tro­duced, with a rounded base that has a rel­a­tively small foot­print.

2004

Sir Ken­neth Grange de­signs a new, more con­tem­po­rary mem­ber of the fam­ily, the Type 1228.

2014

Renowned Bri­tish de­signer Sir Paul Smith col­lab­o­rates with the brand, de­sign­ing a mul­ti­coloured Type 75.
