THE NEWEST COLLECTIONS FROM SOFOLOGY MERGE CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL STYLE FOR FURNITURE THAT WILL STAND THE TEST OF TIME

-

HERE at Homes & Gardens we champion craftsmanship and celebrate the dedication given to the art of handcrafting furniture that is destined to be cherished for years to come. Sofology’s new Brantwood and Midland Hill collections, created in partnership with the architect George Clarke, are filled with designs made to weather interiors’ ever-evolving tastes. And every sofa and seat comes with a 20-year structural guarantee.

OF THE MOMENT

The contemporary Brantwood range (pictured) is influenced by the enduring mid-century modern aesthetic. Each sofa in the collection has a sleek silhouette that sits neatly inside a timber frame which flows from the arms to the feet, tightly hugging the sofa within. The natural wood element is understated but gives all of the pieces a stylish edge. A Brantwood sofa is ideal for contemporary schemes, but would also suit a period home where there is a characterful mix of old and new.

TIMES GONE BY

Inspiration for the Midland Hill collection of seating was drawn directly from the art deco Midland Hotel designed by British architect Oliver Hill and visited by the likes of Coco Chanel and Noel Coward.

With striking gold details and classic lines and radius curves that reflect the architecture of the art deco era, the collection is utterly elegant.

Both collections have a range of fabrics and finishes to choose from and include sofas, love seats, chairs and footstools. And you can complete your schemes with Sofology’s offering of side tables, coffee tables and accessories such as rugs and lamps.
