Sezuan shifts focus

Limited breeding from triple world champion stallion Sezuan

-

THE triple world young horse champion Sezuan will not stand at stud this season after 31 May.

The nine-year-old Danish warmblood by Blue Hors Zack x Don Schufro is being aimed at grand prix dressage this year, so will focus on sport under Sweden’s Patrik Kittel, who has been riding the stallion since the end of 2017.

Sezuan made a hugely successful start in international small tour under Dorothee Schneider, achieving over 80% at prix st georges last year.

The black stallion, currently standing at Gestüt Peterhof, has already produced 15 licensed sons in Britain, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.
