NEW CLASSES AT RDA NATIONALS
THE Riding for the
Disabled (RDA) national championships will include new classes in vaulting and endurance this year.
The competition, which runs at Hartpury College, Glos, from 13-15 July, will feature nine vaulting classes and the introductory endurance event, as well as dressage, showjumping and carriage driving as usual.
“The championships is a display of skill, horsemanship and determination from competitors of all ages and abilities,” said an RDA spokesman.
“We pride ourselves on the friendliness of our event, but don’t underestimate the seriousness of the competition,” added event secretary Sarah Hadley.
“There isn’t a competitor not trying their very best to go home with a red rosette.”
