THE British Eventing (BE) jumping and style (JAS) competitions will not run during the coming winter.

BE has published its winter calendar, featuring arena eventing and jump training series, but no JAS.

“With the organising team stepping down, we thank Andrew Hunter, Paul Davies and Holly Farr, and all the volunteers, for their dedication to the JAS series,” said a BE spokesman.

The JAS series had classes from BE90 to 1.15m, with a course of showjumps followed by simulated knockdown cross-country fences.
