A true Collective effort

COLLECTIVE EQUESTRIAN riders were on form, with trainer Elizabeth Allen scoring two novice gold wins with Dutch-bred fiveyear-old Vivaldi’s Myla.

“This was only her second show, but she soon settled after a few wobbly moments,” said Elizabeth of the laid-back mare. “Our livery client Ksenia Zainchkovskaya headed both silver sections with her five-yearold gelding Kojack, who is quite the opposite – more of a handful, with a real ‘look at me’ attitude.”

Elizabeth’s pupil Emma O’Connor was a bronze winner in the novice 38 and the elementary 43, with 14.1hh

Welsh/thoroughbred gelding Elwell Master Craftsman.

“Craftsman is very chilled and quite trainable,” said Emma, 15, who is finding her feet at elementary. “He seems to enjoy learning new things.”
