THE NEXT GENERATION OF EVENTING STARS
A FLURRY of well-known surnames have been gracing leaderboards in the various under-18 classes.
At Portman, Isabelle Cook (pictured), daughter of Tina, kept a clean jumping sheet to land the under-18 open novice with Sarah Millard’s Stillbrook Ben.
Further down the leaderboard, Andrew Nicholson’s daughter, Lily, steered her father’s former advanced ride, Andrea BT4, to a double clear.
Meanwhile at Larkhill (1), Alex Bragg’s daughter, Ellouise, teamed up with her father’s five-star ride, Zagreb – who has more than
1500 British Eventing (BE) points to his name and finished fourth at Pau last year – to finish sixth in the BE100open under-18.
