THE BIG NEW TREND

Forget grey, the standout news this season is 50 shades of green, from palest yellow through to deep blue. It’s such a calming and optimistic colour that it’s hardly surprising we turn to it in times of uncertainty. Another key trend is the coastal look updated with glitter from natural mineral rocks to offer a luxurious element at an affordable price.

PERSONAL FAVOURITE

The faux floral spray and faceted pearlescent vase from the Honesty collection provide a feminine touch. With its soft grey, turquoise and seafoam palette, the range is all about creating a serene mood.

TOP TIPS

Stick with neutral shades for expensive items such as sofas, so they stand the test of time and can be updated with accessories.

Create a soft summery look around windows by layering sheer voile panels under plain curtains made from textured fabric, both on a duo curtain pole.

Mix jade and seafoam with inky blues for a more rugged coastal style.
