The bespoke ply and walnut units were designed to look like one piece of furniture. They have been painted in Farrow & Ball’s Off Black, which complements the warm tones of the wood. Open shelving breaks up the cupboards while showcasing crockery and pots of herbs. Kartell Masters chairs sit either end of the table, which, along with the bench, Shanade designed herself. The goat hide chair is from Rockett St George
