Poonam painted the bedroom a dark grey last year – the couple find that they sleep much better now that the walls are dark. The bed is from Sofas & Stuff, and its plush headboard works well with the walls. Purple velvet cushions add a pop of colour to the scheme. The chest of drawers beside the bed is from Ardingly Antiques Market – Poonam likes to display vases of seasonal flowers here.
