FIZZ UP YOUR GRAVY

A glass of prosecco turns shop-bought gravy into something special. Bring 175ml prosecco to boil in a small pan and bubble until reduced by half. Add 600ml ready-made poultry gravy from the chiller aisle; heat until piping hot. Check seasoning and serve. This is enough to serve eight.
