SORBET SHADES SPRING INTO ACTION

We don’t want to jinx it, but spring is basically here. OK, there’s still a nip in the air, but winter is but a memory. And that means we can all turn our attention to new beginnings – and new homewares. A cursory glance at any corner of social media will confirm that the hottest – albeit pale – colours of the season are pastels (see page 36 for how to decorate every room of the house with the modern grown-up crop). Our favourite take are the (almost) good-enough-to-eat sorbet shades. Serve up the trend for yourself with gorgeous hand-blown glass vases in dusty peach, sugary lilac and powder blue hues. They’re ideal for your seasonal blooms, obviously, but they also make quirky pieces of art in their own right. Delicious.
