Many of us snug­gle up with a book to­ward the end of the day, when our bod­ies are al­ready tired. Fa­tigue cou­pled with the fact we typ­i­cally read in a com­fort­able and re­laxed po­si­tion and that read­ing re­quires con­cen­tra­tion and lots of eye move­ment re­sults in tir­ing us fur­ther and help­ing to send us into a snooze.
