SPIDERS COME INSIDE DURING WINTER
3
Fear not, the world’s spiders do not intend to invade your home during the cold months. As cold-blooded animals, spiders don’t depend on external warmth to stay alive. During autumn and winter, spiders will spend their time hibernating under rocks and beneath bark, often guarding their insulated egg sacs. In the same way that house spiders have adapted to live indoors, garden-variety spiders are equally suited to winter’s drop in temperature.
