THE PERFECT POUR

1 SHAKE

The solid ingredient­s may have sunk to the bottom of the bottle, leaving a watery upper layer. Shaking the bottle will recreate an even consistenc­y.

2 INVERT

If the bottle isn’t full, turn it upside down and shake it downwards once, forcefully. This will accelerate both the bottle and its contents. The ketchup will accumulate at the neck of the bottle.

3 POUR OR SQUEEZE

Open the bottle and gently pour or squeeze, depending on the bottle type.

The contents should be mixed well and flow out of the container smoothly.
