JONES Homes has announced that it has acquired 2.6 acres of land in the Holme Valley. Located in the village of Netherthong, this is the latest addition to the housebuilder’s portfolio of land in Yorkshire.
With planning consent granted, award-winning Jones Homes will transform the site, which is tucked away off St Mary’s Avenue, into a select development comprising 24 beautifully designed homes. The new residential development will be known as The Orchards.
