JONES Homes has announced that it has acquired 2.6 acres of land in the Holme Valley. Located in the village of Netherthon­g, this is the latest addition to the housebuild­er’s portfolio of land in Yorkshire.

With planning consent granted, award-winning Jones Homes will transform the site, which is tucked away off St Mary’s Avenue, into a select developmen­t comprising 24 beautifull­y designed homes. The new residentia­l developmen­t will be known as The Orchards.

Launching this summer, The Orchards will provide a superb range of four- and five-bedroom detached family homes, as well as six affordable units.
