For your lives

-

So, when a dazed and confused Lawrence wakes up after a medicinal glass of brandy to discover his property is overrun with the undead, he gets in his car, clad only in his pyjamas with bare feet, to investigate, with terrifying consequences for Belle, Lachlan and Victoria...

Actor Ryan Halwey who plays Robert, is enjoying the fact his character is back on devious form.

He says: “It’s important for a show like this to have people that create conflict – and that’s certainly one of the things that Robert does when he is immoral.

“He rubs people up the wrong way and conspires behind their backs.”

There’s also danger at the Zombie Run for Pete as an emotional Priya makes a pass at him, unaware Sarah is nearby.

Laurel tries to turn Emma’s new-found religion to her advantage as she plays on the nurse’s conscience – and it seems to be working when Emma makes an implicating remark, which Ross overhears.

Jacob is in trouble with the law after Josh helps himself to IF you were battling a life-threatening illness, who would you turn to?

Probably not Gary Canning or Paul Robinson, pictured, and yet the pair of them end up arguing over Terese’s new treatment – what’s more, Gary is devastated that Paul knew about her cancer diagnosis before he did.

Maybe he should take a long look at himself and work out why. He considers ending their relationship, but Piper and Xanthe set out to reunite the pair. LINDA, pictured, returns to the Square and instead of a welcome home party she gets a special ‘three-hander’ episode featuring her, Mick and Whitney.

Before that though, the prodigal landlady has a run-in with Shirley, who makes it clear just how much Mick has needed her over the past few months. Linda tells Mick that from now on, there’ll be no more secrets between them, but is shocked when he makes a further confession.

When Linda realises that he’s talking about Whitney, it leads to a furious row. Will Linda be packing her bags again, or is someone else going to be forced to leave the Vic?

Elsewhere, Steven tries to reassure Abi that he’s not ignoring her, he’s just working on a really long con that will end in them being together. Honest. She’s clearly not convinced though as she tries to stir up trouble by telling Cora about Lauren’s engagement.

Max continues to wheedle information out of Carmel, even going so far as to kiss her in public – although he draws the line at joining her for a cosy family dinner. IS there a less likely window cleaner in the world than Rosie Webster, pictured?

Probably not, so it should come as no surprise when she announces she hates the job, especially its overalls, and wants to find something new.

Rosie thinks being Todd and Adam’s receptionist at their new office would be a perfect new position, but so does Gail, who would certainly add an air of respectability to the business. However, Rosie soon finds a way to prove her worth.

Amy overhears Liz telling Steve that if he’s serious about marrying Leanne, he should put a ring on it.

She can’t wait to tell Simon all about it, and eventually, the youngsters, plus Peter, Toyah, Eva and Tracy, witness Steve popping the question again, this time with a little help from Oliver and a list of reasons why the union would work – but will she say yes?

Meanwhile, Michelle goes missing and Robert is so sure that Rich is responsible, he gives him a beating – and then the police come calling...
