Corban Wood from Longwood Harriers got the Yorkshire county medley relay off to a fabulous start on Saturday, 7th July at the northern inter counties championships. They finished second, being pipped on the 800m last leg.
Meanwhile Longwood Harriers put in some great performances and picked up some placings in the Helen Windsor Yorkshire Vets 10K Championships on 5th July.
