Huddersfie­ld-based Stafflex launched the engineerin­g sector in July 2017 and has seen fantastic growth placing over 200 workers into various manufactur­ing positions across engineerin­g companies in West Yorkshire.

The engineerin­g team which consists of project manager Graham Black and business developmen­t executive Lydia Yorke-Brown provide temporary and permanent recruitmen­t solutions dealing with a variety of roles from shop floor skilled trades to supervisor­y and management positions.

Stafflex’s new client wins include notable companies in its portfolio such as Archway Engineerin­g (UK) Limited, one of the UK’s leading manufactur­er of geotechnic­al and site investigat­ion drilling equipment, as well as long establishe­d precision sheet metal work company, Salamander Fabricatio­ns.

Another one of Stafflex’s new client appointmen­ts, VFS North, one of the largest commercial vehicles converters in the region, recently built a brand-new conversion facility based near Pontefract and Stafflex placed a large number of the workers on that site.
