THE referees for Huddersfield Town’s festive fixtures in the Premier League have been revealed.

The Terriers take on Southampton this weekend, travel to Old Trafford to face managerless Manchester United on Boxing Day and face an away clash at Fulham ahead of the turn of the year.

No official has yet been set for the trip to Craven Cottage, but the Premier League have announced the referees for Town’s next couple of clashes.

Stuart Attwell will take charge of this weekend’s clash against Ralph Hasenhuttl’s Saints, with Ian Hussin and Andy Halliday taking up assistant duties.

The Terriers have won eight of the 13 matches the Luton Town fan has officiated, drawing two and losing the other three.

Two standout Town games refereed by Attwell include the 3-2 win over Rotherham United in the promotion-winning campaign and the 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion in last season’s top flight, with the goalless draw at home to this weekend’s opposition a less memorable encounter.

Jon Moss will act as fourth official this weekend before taking centre stage the day after Christmas as Town take on the now Jose Mourinho-less Man United.

Sunderland fan Moss will referee the clash against the

Red Devils, with Stuart Burt and, once again, Halliday running the line.

The 48-year-old has officiated four Town matches, all in the top tier, with the Terriers coming out on top in half of those outings, including the 3-0 win over Crystal Palace at the start of the maiden Premier League campaign. SOUTHAMPTON stars PierreEmile Hojbjerg and Danny Ings believe the Saints are full of confidence ahead of their clash with Huddersfield Town this weekend.

That is largely due to the impact of new boss Ralph Hasenhuttl, who earned his first win as Saints manager against Arsenal on Sunday.

The Austrian masterminded a 3-2 victory over Unai Emery’s Gunners, who had gone 22 matches unbeaten heading into the Premier League match.

And Hojbjerg believes the three
