Village farm shop has got Sunday dinner all wrapped up

AN award-winning Huddersfie­ld farm shop has started selling Yorkshire pudding wraps filled with all the best bits from a Sunday dinner.

Bolster Moor Farm Shop, at Harden Road Farm, offers meat and vegetarian options packed into a homemade Yorkshire pudding.

Mark Davies, head chef at the farm shop, said the wraps have been flying over the counter since they first went on sale this week.

“The amount we have sold is incredible,” he said. “We have done about 30 already and six vegetarian ones, so there is a massive demand.”

The wraps are filled with roast potatoes, cabbage, parsnips and carrot alongside the meat or vegetarian option.
