IF you are dipping your toe into Veganuary at the moment, you might want to try some jackfruit. A vegan alternative to pulled pork, it is enjoying something of a moment right now.

The Co-op has just launched a BBQ Jackfruit range, which includes a sandwich (BBQ Jackfruit on malted bread with slaw, rocket and vegan mayo, £2.50) and a ready meal (Pulled jackfruit in a BBQ sauce with wedges and red cabbage slaw £2.60).
