TERENCE Kongolo is now attracting interest from Turkey in addition to Holland and the Premier League.

The Dutch international hasn’t played since early February when he suffered a foot injury which has required two lots of surgery.

Defender Kongolo is back on the mend and has returned to Huddersfield Town’s Canalside training ground, but has not yet been able to join head coach Carlos Corberan’s senior training group.

It is understood they would want to set up a loan with a view to a permanent transfer for the player who is contracted to Town until 2022.

Kongolo remains Town’s record signing after arriving from Monaco for a reported £17.5m in 2018 following a successful loan spell.

He was Town’s first-choice left-back under Jan Siewert at the start of last season, but both caretaker boss Mark Hudson and then Danny Cowley preferred him at centre-back.
