SEZER IN DREAMLAND
TERRIERS boss Carlos Corberan has explained why Manchester United loanee Joel Pereira got the nod over Ryan Schofield for Saturday afternoon’s defeat to Stoke City.
Huddersfield Town academy graduate Schofield has recently recovered from a broken thumb he suffered in pre-season and was on the bench as back-up to Pereira.
Usual first-choice keeper Ben Hamer missed the game after being advised to self-isolate as a member of his household may have come into contact with Covid-19.

GIANTS’ skipper Aidan Sezer has been named in the 2020 Betfred Super League Dream Team.
The Aussie star, pictured, is the first Giants player to be honoured with a call-up to the competition’s all-star side since Jermaine McGillvary and Danny Brough were named in 2015.
Sezer signed for Giants last year from Canberra Raiders.
Seven players appear for the first time in this year’s Dream Team.
The newcomers include Wigan full-back Bevan French, who has been named the Rugby League Writers’ and Broadcasters’ Association player of the year and is shortlisted for the Steve Prescott Man of Steel award which is announced today.
The other first-time entrants are Krisnan Inu (Salford), Toby King and Mike Cooper (Warrington), Paul McShane (Castleford) and Kelepi Tanginoa (Wakefield).
