Free gifts and 11 jobs as shoe store opens
DEICHMANN has announced it is offering a number of freebies and giveaways to celebrate the opening of a new store in Huddersfield.
The shoe retailer welcomed customers through its doors at Kingsgate Shopping Centre for the first time on Tuesday, after the store underwent a £370K investment.
The new opening has also created 11 permanent jobs, including manager positions, shop floor and cashier roles.
To mark the occasion, the store has announced giveaways and family fun activities are to be held throughout the day tomorrow.
In-store offers will include:
■ Free shoes for the store’s first 25 customers on Saturday, June 4 (up to £25)
■ Opening offers on a select range of shoes
■ Limited edition bags for the first 500 customers
■ Spin the wheel game with exclusive discounts and giveaways to win
Deichmann stocks a full range of men’s and children’s shoes, as well as exclusive lines from brands such as adidas, Fila, Nike and Skechers.
The new store can be found at 26 Kingsgate Shopping Centre King Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2QB.
