The “special” development in n Hull’s “residential regeneration” ” is said to take city centre living to “another level”.

After four years under construcction, The Glass House in Queens s Gardens is finished and residents s are moving into the apartments s and penthouses, which will bring g at least 250 people to live in the e city centre.

Iguana Developments is said to o be “breathing new life” into the e city centre with £42m invested in n its three developments.

The large city centre landmark is also home to a in-house e gym and cinema, private dining, co-working space and atrium with ith concierge service.

The firms firm’s managing director,

Jason Coleman said: “We are thrilled The Glass House is now ready for residents to move in.

“The apartments and penthouses appeal to young professionals and down-sizers, as well as a those who’ve purchased a holiday home – in any case, the ease of city living is on the list of priorities.

“We have delayed the grand o opening event until after lockdown, however,h however, viewings are available by p private appointment, appointment with My Agent w who is managing the sales.”

Mr Coleman was inspired to invest in Hull following the UK City of Culture and hopes the success of Iguana Developments inspires private investors to continue putting money into the area.

“Complemented by work from commercial developers, Hull’s city centre is getting a face-lift,” he said.

“It’s an affordable city to live and work and I am confident we will continue to attract young professionals who will make Hull their home for life.”

Prices for the one, two, three and four-bedroom homes range from £140,000 to £430,000.
