Phil is with Zoe and Jason, who are returning to their native Edinburgh after a decade living and working in Hong Kong.

Keen to find a place close to their children’s school, they’re finding that their whopping £950,000 can still only buy them a flat around their beloved Stockbridge.

Meanwhile, Kirstie (below) is with Fife-born Stephanie and her husband Tana who grew up in Lisbon.

Stephanie wants a countryside feel, whereas Tana wants the city vibe.
