HOME BUILDERS FEDERATION RECOGNISES FAMILY BUSINESS
BEAL Homes has been awarded a coveted five-star rating by the voice of the homebuilding industry – the only family business in Yorkshire to take the accolade. The Home Builders Federation Star Rating Scheme recognises excellence in customer satisfaction, based on independent surveys of new home buyers in England and Wales.
Hessle-based Beal is one of only four in Yorkshire to make the top tier.
Keepmoat, Persimmon and Strata Homes also made the list, with inward investors Barratt and Vistry also top-ranked.
It is the first time Beal has made the list, described as the number one indicator of industry performance.

Established more than 50 years ago, Beal has grown to become a leading independent housebuilder operating in Hull, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, delivering more than 75 high-quality developments across the region.
It is now developing a third purpose-built head office to handle the expansion, opposite the existing base on Bridgehead Business Park.

Lindsay Carter and Kevin Boyce moved into their four-bedroom home at Beal’s Kings Vale development in Kingswood in February last year, and said they love living there with children Billy, 11, and Ivy, seven.
