Police appeal after alleged crowbar attack

POLICE are investigating the serious assault of a man in Goole after “three men attacked him with a crowbar”.

A man sustained serious facial injuries in Moorland Road at around 8pm on May 5 after it was reported that three men attacked him in the front garden of a property with what is believed to have been a crowbar.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the attack after which three men fled the scene in a white transit van.
