FREE BURGERS TO MARK THE OPENING OF NEW BURGER KING
TO celebrate the opening of a new Burger King in Hull, the fast food chain is giving away a whopping 1,000 of its Whopper burgers.
The Hull Willerby branch recently opened its doors, at Beverley Road, Willerby, creating 30 new jobs, and to mark the development, Burger King has offered up 1,000 of its signature burgers, for free.
Hungry locals can take advantage of the offer from today to Saturday, from 11am to 4pm. The offer will be limited to 200 per day.
Delivery via Ubereats is due to launched on Monday, November 8.
Alasdair Murdoch, CEO Burger King UK, said: “We know the people of Hull Willerby love the greattasting food of Burger King, so we’ve listened to their requests and are very excited to bring all their favourites to their neighbourhood. Our home – of the Whopper! – is their home.”
To claim their free Whopper, customers will need to download the Burger King app, head to the offers section and select the offer titled “Hull Willerby only: Opening special”.
The offer can then be redeemed at the restaurant starting from 11am tomorrow.

The new Hull Willerby restaurant showcases Burger King’s updated, modern restaurant design roll-out, using natural materials with a bold colour palette and American prints. Burger King says safety is its number one priority, and to enable restaurants to continue to open, a number of procedures have been put in place to safeguard the health of both Burger King employees and customers, following detailed operational testing.
These include additional PPE, such as masks and gloves, for staff, stringent cleaning measures, contactless delivery options and all Burger King staff are comprehensively trained on the Government’s social distancing measures – including how to run kitchens hygienically while abiding by them.
Hull Willerby, heralded as the “new home of the Whopper”, will serve the widest range of beverages to choose from of any fast food restaurant, comfortable seating, mouth-watering flame-grilled burgers and crispy and tender chicken and snack options, including Chilli Cheese Bites and Chicken Fries, says the company.
