start selling your items on ebay

If you have unwanted stuff cluttering up your house then selling it on ebay is a reliable way to turn it into cash for the things you really need. And using it on your iphone couldn’t be easier…

1 Tap ‘Selling’

to start listing your goods on ebay, tap on the ‘Selling’ option at the bottom followed by the ‘List an item’ option. You will first be asked to ‘Describe your item’, so start entering a description.

2 Scan for info

Alternatively, tap on the barcode icon to the right of the description field and you can use your iphone camera to scan the barcode of items to auto-fill much of the information for you.

3 Check details

Scroll through the various details obtained from the barcode to make sure they are correct and then add any additional information that you think would help your item to sell.

4 Add photos

You’ll have to take your own images, but this is easy using your iphone camera. Just grant access and you can take up to 12 images. Drag them to change the running order.

5 Preview item

Before listing your item, select the ‘Preview’ option. this way you can see exactly how your item listing will appear on ebay. if you are happy, tap on the ‘List your item’ option.

6 Other options

After your item has been successfully listed, you will see the option to ‘Share’ your listing. tap this and you will be able to select the various social networks to increase your selling potential.
