I noticed that I have recently been charged

£79 for an Amazon Prime account that I wasn’t aware that I had. What can I do?

It might be that you had a free trial that has now expired or you accidentally signed up to Prime without really realising it. In Safari, go to amazon. co.uk and sign into your account. Then click on your account menu at the top of the page and select Your Account>prime and then cancel your account. As long as you haven’t accessed any of the Prime services since the payment has gone out then you will be refunded the full amount.

Is there any way to disable the camera sounds on my iphone when I’m taking pictures? If you have Live Photo turned on then you won’t hear any shutter sounds as the mode captures a few seconds of audio when taking the picture. You can turn this on in your Camera app by tapping on the circle icon in the middle of the toolbar at the top of the interface (so it turns yellow). If you just want to disable the shutter sound when taking regular photos then you can just flick the mute button on the side of your iphone (so you see orange), or turn the main volume right down. It is worthy noting that these two options mean that you won’t hear any sound at all from your device, which isn’t ideal.
