Being able to record the screen of your IOS device is very useful, and before it was introduced with IOS 11, the process had to be carried out using the Quicktime Player app on your Mac (which you can still use). The screen recording feature is particularly useful if you are producing tutorial videos on how to carry out specific functions on your device but, by default, the recordings that you make are muted with no sound. So what if you want to add voice-overs, or you need to capture the audio of a game or app along with the video?

Well, there is a simple trick you can perform to add sound to your recordings, which we will also demonstrate in this tutorial, alongside setting up the screen recording facility so you can start recording straight from the Control Centre on your device.
